Less airtight dwellings
Approved document F: Volume 1: Dwellings, 2021 edition, defines less airtight dwellings as those dwellings that are not highly airtight dwellings.
Where highly airtight dwellings are dwellings that achieve one of the following.
- A design air permeability lower than 5m^3/(h·m^2) at 50Pa.
- An as-built air permeability lower than 3m^3/ (h·m^2) at 50Pa.
